Annual accounts
The official financial statements (annual accounts) provides insight on the assets, income and, depending on the nature of the company, on the solvency and liquidity of the company. The financial statements consist of a balance sheet, an income statement for the past year, an explanation of both, the cash flow statement, and in some cases an auditor.
The internal (economic) financial statements are meant for a broader insight for the management / shareholders. These statements can vary from company to company because no legal provisions are requiered in this form and these statements often provide more comprehensive and detailed information, f.e. details by product, productgroup, location etc. The first goal of these management accounts is providing information to the management.
Activities Bos Management Accounting offers:
• prepare the financial statements.
• meeting with management / shareholders for evaluation of results / comments on the financial statements.
• legalize the financial statements
• file the annual accounts in the Chamber of Commerce in accordance with the prescribed models.
