Nico Bos was born in 1964 in Hengelo, in the east of the Netherlands. After his graduation, he moved to a town nearby Amsterdam, where he stayed for three years. During one year he succesfully rendered his services by the public broadcaststation NOS. In November 1991 Nico went to Barcelona where he started working for a Spanish company for the next 4 years. Nico has over 20 years experience in accounting, reporting, financial statements, financial analysis and annual accounts. This knowledge he obtained in several international companies in Spain and the Netherlands.

1995 Clarion Spain SA

Together with the Japanese director Nico set up the complete administration and accounting procedures for the local branch in Barcelona. In collaboration with the commercial director and logistics manager he organized in terms of administration the logistical planning, inventory management and after sales service. With the team he ensured that after 3 months all aspects were operational to serve the Spanish market. Besides Nico created a tight monthly reporting line to Tokyo.

2001 Le Creuset SL

The improvement of the financial administration of the sales office in Barcelona. Led by the Catalan director Nico elaborated an improved financial reporting and information to the headquarters in Lille (France).

2002 Euro Economics Barcelona SL

In 2002 Nico started working for Euro Economics Barcelona, where he learned to structure accounting departments from mainly Dutch companies doing business in Spain.

During 8 years, Nico passed all stages and processes within Euro Economics to become all round in finance. He learned that quality and customization are essential for a good relationship. Whether it is the field work of a physical inventory count, review of the ledger, the completion of the monthly figures, preparation of financial statements, month end closing or to help the local accountants or give explanations, Nico always looks for customized solutions. Thus, for example, for the Spanish branch of a U.S. listed company he started up the inventory and monthly reports.

2010 Back to The Netherlands

In early 2010 Nico returned to the Netherlands. Since then he has worked in the Utrecht region, nearby Amsterdam.  First at the Dutch national taxregister, then a one year contribution to a golf club and subsecuently in an investigation environment, providing financial insight in the projects.

2013 Bos Management Accounting

In August 2013 Nico started up his own administration company. His initiative is supported by several people from past and present, including former colleagues, friends and institutions which offer him effective solutions and stand by support. This enables him to provide you with the best possible service.
